I'm glad I did loads of xc training before I came, think it helps loads on recovery time too!! It's been lashing down for two dats here, trails hold up fine but 2.5 & 2.7 minnions are too fat, got to buy mud tyres today, not happy at shelling out 80euros for a pair and they are only standard ply steel bead!!!!

Yeah, she's been out an about shopping in the morning, chilling at the pool an jacuzzi, even if there's a shower they've got an extendable canopy thing to put inside a giant greenhouse!! Then we hook up around one an go do other stuff, there's loads to do!!
I'm running super tacky minnions they're doing the trick but a bit sloppy in the mud, fun though!! My forearms felt bruised to touch yesterday but not aching, weird!! It's gone now, can't wait for tomoz riding already!!

Not seen any treks, plenty of scotts to hire in les gets!!
Weather is nice now, had a great morning but my forearms are killing now! Brakes are fine but I brought a spare set in case. My guide yesterday said if he rides every day, he can get two weeks out of a set! And he can ride quick!!!

Hi Russ, it's awesome out here, I've been outwith a guide today, showed me some great trails, followed by the steepest most tech freeride I've ever seen!! Bit scary running out brakes, being able to smell them burning and still needing to stop more!!!! I'd book a guide for two half days they can show you all the secret trails!!

Aaaaaggghhh..............They've made me come all the way to Somerset for three nights in work!!
Damaged my wheels on Thurs, I dented my front rim and snapped a spoke on the rear, hope it holds up better in Morzine!!

Don't worry, as soon as I can get a 2010 Glory, you will be first to know!!
